Welcome to Get It Mama! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Get It Mama! website, app, programs, and services. By signing up, accessing our content, or using our app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. ABOUT US
Get It Mama! is a women's fitness and wellness platform offering structured pregnancy, postpartum, and general fitness programs, education, and tools to help you move and feel strong, all from your phone.
Get It Mama! is owned and operated by Get It Mama! Pty Ltd (ABN 51 695 638 638), a registered business in Australia. You can contact us at hello@getitmama.com.
Our mobile app is powered by FitBudd Inc., our technology partner. While Get It Mama! manages your fitness, nutrition, and educational content, FitBudd operates the backend platform and is responsible for account infrastructure, data storage, and technical functionality. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Get It Mama!. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR MEMBERSHIP
Your Get It Mama! membership may include:

Follow-along workout videos

Structured pregnancy and postpartum programs

Pilates, strength, yoga, and mobility sessions, plus a women's health educational series

Educational resources and downloadable guides
All content is self-guided. We do not provide one-on-one coaching, personalised advice, or direct medical guidance unless explicitly stated.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND BILLING
Get It Mama! is a subscription-based service. We offer:

Monthly and annual plans (current)

Free trial periods (where applicable)
All subscriptions:

Automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled

Can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date via your account settings
We will send you a reminder email before your free trial ends so you can decide whether to continue. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically at the rate disclosed at signup.
If you sign up through our website, payments are processed via Stripe. If you sign up through the Apple App Store or Google Play, payments are handled directly by those platforms and their own terms and billing policies apply. For app store purchases, we cannot issue refunds or manage billing directly.
4. FOUNDING MEMBER TERMS
From time to time, Get It Mama! may offer founding member pricing during a launch or promotional window. Founding member terms are as follows:
For founding members who sign up during the founding offer window (closing 7 June 2026):

Your founding rate of US$9/month is locked for 12 months from your signup date.

After 12 months, your subscription will continue at the standard rate of US$19/month, unless cancelled.

We will send you a notification email at least two weeks before your founding rate expires so there are no surprises.

You may cancel at any time before the standard rate begins, with no further charges.
For early founding members who signed up under earlier terms:
If you signed up before the current founding offer terms were published, the rate and conditions you originally agreed to at the time of signup will continue to apply for as long as your subscription remains continuously active. We have honoured these terms in writing and confirm them on request.
The founding offer is limited and may be closed at any time at our discretion. Once the founding window closes, founding pricing will not be available for new signups.
5. REFUNDS
We offer a free trial (where applicable) so you can explore the app before committing. After the trial ends, all charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or as set out in our Refund Policy.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused time or early cancellations. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us at hello@getitmama.com within 30 days and we'll review and resolve any genuine billing error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. Our full Refund Policy is available at getitmama.com/refund-policy.
6. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

You breach these Terms

You misuse the service

You engage in abusive, unlawful, or harmful behaviour
If your account is terminated, you may lose access to your data or progress stored in the app.
7. HEALTH AND SAFETY DISCLAIMER
Get It Mama! provides general fitness, movement, and educational content intended for adults, including those who are pregnant or postpartum. While our content is informed by physiotherapy training and developed with input from registered women's health physiotherapists, it is general in nature and is not personalised medical advice. Our content is not intended to diagnose, treat, or replace medical advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
By using the app, you confirm that:

You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing

You understand that results may vary based on individual factors such as consistency, recovery, and medical history

You will consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially during pregnancy or postpartum, or if you have any medical conditions or injuries (including but not limited to pelvic floor dysfunction, diastasis recti, recent surgery, prolapse, cardiovascular conditions, or pregnancy complications)
Use of Get It Mama! is at your own risk.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Get It Mama! app (including videos, programs, guides, recipes, branding, and materials) is the property of Get It Mama! Pty Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to access the service for your own individual use only.
You may not:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute content

Share your account with others

Use our content for commercial purposes
This includes using Get It Mama! content to create, promote, or sell your own programs, services, or paid offerings.
9. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to our app and services, but we cannot guarantee everything will always run perfectly. From time to time, there may be downtime due to maintenance, updates, or issues outside of our control.
We are not liable for interruptions or issues caused by third-party platforms such as FitBudd, Stripe, Apple, or Google.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of Get It Mama! is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. Our Privacy Policy is available at getitmama.com/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. If changes are significant, we may notify you via email or within the app. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
12. GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS
Severability: If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Get It Mama! Pty Ltd regarding your use of the service.
Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.
