REFUND POLICY

Get It Mama is a digital subscription service. Every new customer is offered a 7-day free trial before any payment is taken. The free trial is designed so you can experience the full platform — workouts, education, and library — before committing to a paid subscription.

No refunds for change of mind:

Once your subscription has converted from free trial to paid, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. This includes:

  • Subscription periods you didn't use

  • Partial refunds for cancelling mid-billing-cycle

  • Refunds for forgetting to cancel before auto-renewal

We're clear about this upfront because we provide a generous 7-day free trial specifically so you can decide whether Get It Mama is right for you before any charge is made.

You can cancel any time:

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings in the app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You'll keep access to the platform until that period ends, and no further charges will apply.

Billing errors:

If you believe you've been charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after cancellation, or a technical issue with our payment processor — please contact us at hello@getitmama.com within 30 days. We'll review and resolve any genuine billing error.

Your rights under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. If our service is not delivered with due care and skill, or there is a major problem with the service, your statutory rights apply.
